CV

I was born in 1993 in Přerov (Czech Republic). I obtained my musical education at conservatories in Olomouc and Opava in class of MgA. Petr Rajnoha and at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in class of prof. Jaroslav Tůma. I also studied improvisation with MgA. Pavel Černý. After finishing my Bachelor's studies I completed conservatory studies in Pardubice in class of MgA. Michal Hanuš. During my studies I attended masterclasses of Martin Schmeding, Stefan Baier, Heribert Metzger, Ireneusz Wyrwa and others. In September 2018 I won 2nd prize at 7th Franz Schmidt Organ Competition in Vienna.

As an organist I focus on all musical periods. I like especially old Czech (south German) organ literature and works of Jehan Alain (1911-1940).

I work also as an organist at church and civil ceremonies (masses, weddings), organ courses lecturer and occasionally as an accompanist. I have repeatedly played with Moravská filharmonie Olomouc.

I am an author of extensive website Organomania which presents pipe organs, organ builders and organ festivals in Czech Republic.
